As Senior Vice President of Marketing Technology, John Zeren unifies marketing technology, data, and automation to deliver smarter, more efficient campaigns tailored to client goals. A distinguished digital transformation and martech architecture expert with over 20 years of experience, John leads Walk West’s marketing technology strategy to enhance data-driven growth, innovation, and a future-ready marketing infrastructure.
Prior to Walk West, John served as Vice President of Engineering for Hello Alice, where he modernized the platform stack using cutting-edge frameworks and identity management tools. He also pioneered the company’s AI strategy, facilitated capital access for small businesses, and implemented data-driven personalization.
Outside of work, John enjoys playing guitar, music production, and gaming. He also spends time with his family and friends, including his two children, exploring hiking trails, enjoying North Carolina’s mountains, or swimming along its coastal beaches.
