As Chief Growth Officer, Marc Sirkin leads Walk West's AI growth practice and go-to-market strategy, helping mid-market organizations transform their AI investments into measurable, sustainable revenue outcomes. 


With more than 30 years of executive leadership spanning media, technology, and consulting, Marc brings a rare depth of experience that includes building, transforming, and successfully exiting a business of his own. Most recently, he served as CEO of Third Door Media, publisher of Search Engine Land, MarTech, and the SMX conference series, where he led a comprehensive AI integration across editorial and business functions before steering the company through its acquisition by Semrush. 

Earlier in his career, Marc spent nearly a decade leading digital marketing and revenue programs at three of the country's largest health nonprofits, including Autism Speaks, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and March of Dimes, scaling digital revenue to more than $50 million across the organizations. 

Marc also held senior roles at PwC, where he built a broad and disciplined foundation across sectors and disciplines that continues to inform his cross-functional approach to leadership and strategy. A recognized voice in the martech and AI space, he is a regular contributor to MarTech.org and a sought-after speaker at industry events including INBOUND and All Things Open, where he shares practical frameworks for translating emerging technology into real business impact.
