Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026 Last updated: June 26, 2026

Walk West, Inc. ("Walk West," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit walkwest.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to walkwest.com. It does not cover other Walk West properties, third-party sites we link to, or information you give us offline. Walk West is based in the United States and serves a primarily U.S. audience.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a contact or inquiry form, subscribe to our communications, apply for a job, or otherwise reach out, we collect what you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your activity. We collect this through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.

What we don't collect. We do not process payments or take orders on this Site. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as race or ethnicity, religion, health, sexual orientation, precise geolocation, biometric data, or government identifiers.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Analyze Site usage and measure the performance of our content and marketing
  • Send communications you've opted into and show advertising we believe is relevant to you
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated means.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels and tags) to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. These fall into three groups: essential (keep the Site functioning), analytics (help us understand how visitors use the Site), and advertising (let us and our partners show you relevant ads and measure performance).

To do this we work with third-party analytics and advertising providers, who may set their own cookies and receive technical information about your visit (such as your IP address and the pages you view) to measure performance and deliver relevant ads.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may limit some Site functionality. Where required, we provide a cookie preference tool to manage non-essential cookies, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that perform functions on our behalf — hosting, analytics, email, CRM, and advertising platforms — under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Advertising partners in connection with the tools listed above. Depending on your state, this activity may be considered "sharing" or "sale" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out (see "Your privacy choices").
  • Legal and safety — to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where the recipient must honor this policy or provide notice of any changes.

Your privacy choices and rights

Marketing. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or contact us at hello@walkwest.com.

Targeted advertising. You can opt out of cookie-based targeted advertising through our cookie preferences and by using a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out where the law requires.

State privacy rights. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, and certain profiling
  • Receive a portable copy of your information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@walkwest.com or write to us at the address below. We will verify your identity before responding and will reply within the time your state's law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision.

California disclosures

California residents have the rights above. The categories of personal information we collect are: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address); commercial information (such as services you inquire about); internet and network activity (such as browsing and interactions on the Site); professional information (such as company and role); and inferences drawn for ad relevance. We collect this from you directly and automatically through the Site, use it for the purposes described in this policy, and disclose it to the service providers and advertising partners described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about disclosures for third-party direct marketing once per year by writing to the address below.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, maintain our relationship, or meet a legal requirement — and then delete or de-identify it. Server logs and analytics data are retained for limited periods consistent with our providers' settings.

How we protect information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a reportable incident affects your information, we will investigate and meet our notification obligations under applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Site, contact us at hello@walkwest.com and we will delete it.

International visitors

The Site is intended for U.S. users and is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice.
